Andrew Osborne, 34, of Philadelphia, PA, was indicted on Thursday, Dec. 15, by an Atlantic County Grand Jury on one count of first-degree murder and a weapons offense, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office.
This indictment stems from an investigation by the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit and the Atlantic City Police Department of the stabbing of Brian Wilkinson, 47, of Egg Harbor Township inside a hotel room at the Ocean Casino in Atlantic City on Sept. 23, the prosecutor said.
Osborne was previously arrested in Philadelphia on these charges and is currently held in the Atlantic County Justice Facility pending trial.
